Description
7 ounces of boneless and skinless chicken breast lightly dusted in flour and dipped in whole eggs and gently sautéed. The chicken breasts are then simmered in white wine, chicken stock, a touch of beef stock, fresh squeezed lemon juice and then finished with fresh chopped Italian parsley. Served with Linguini “Aglio e Olio” (Garlic and Olive Oil). (Comes With A Seasonal Salad)
